Refund policy

My products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction. Due to the nature of these products, my shop is not currently accepting returns or exchanges. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately, within three business days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue. Contact me at designsbyannalise@gmail.com.
